Absolutely amazing customer service. Ronel helped me figure out how to allow my reviews to be shown on my store. At first there was a problem where my shopify debut theme wouldn't allow the code to go through and I would have to contact them but he was able to fix it right away!

Rilu Jane helped me to add the reviews widget to me products, and was super helpful in explaining the process to me. They were very helpful, and were super quick with something that would have taken me hours to do. The app itself is great for having customers share their experience with our items. :)

yotpo works great for my product they have great support, Ed. helped me customize css of plugin which was extremly helpfull and saved me money!

I love this app! It gives my store "Street Cred" I needed to update the code on my new Shopify store and Mark helped me. He actually inserted all of the code needed to import all of my reviews into my new store for me. He was fantastic! Highly recommended!!

Jo Lorenz from Yotpo support team is fast, effective and turbo helpful. The app comes with lots of features and functionalities so it might be a bit confusing for starters - but after 2 minutes of conversation with Jo, I understand how it works effortlessly. 10/10

I use the app for reviews, had a technical issue when I changed my store theme. Spoke to Gimbert from the Yotpo team. Quick, easy and amazing customer service. Absolutely happy with this app.

I'm still testing the app and I don't know for sure if is the best for store reviews but I can guarantee the customer service is amazing. I was assisted by Don and he was very helpful and Kind. Tks Don!
