Orly provided great customer support! I often don't need to ask questions as I find the app very easy to use - but I needed some help this time and it was super easy and quick!

Very easy to set up. Just a few issues with the placement of the star rating and deleting our old review app. But Jo and James helped us very quickly. The whole set up was very smooth, and the app looks great on our site!

Eunice and Ed have been great when helping me, hoping this all comes to life once my emails go out! Product sounds awesome, fingers crossed!

i love YOTPO! I have the free version and it is amazing because everything is automated! It sends my buyers an email and without me even noticing I have many new reviews a month! I love that I can filter the reviews depending on how many stars they give me! When I grow more I will be purchasing the payed version for sure! Very recommended! Plus Junalou helped me solve my issues very fast and very kindly!

Had an amazing experience with the costumer support, Ed helped me with the installation of this great app and i just had to answer some questions and he took his knowledge and helpen me throughout the whole process. Thank you Ed and Yotpo! Also a little suggestion maybe make the prices a little bit more affordable for starters

Yotpo itself is an awesome app to have! Great for collecting reviews and relaying authenticity and trust with customers. The customer service they provide to business owners is awesome as well! I was having issues trying to add code to my page for the carousel review widget and Junalou dove right in and added it for me. He went above and beyond my original request and added additional features as well! I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and easy my experience was. Thank you so much!

I reviewed several different product review apps for my Shopify store and the Yotpo app not only checked all of the boxes, but exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality, ease of use, and automation. In addition, I reached out to their team to fix an issue I was having and they responded immediately, and they spent a great deal of time helping me with placing reviews on my site. Many thanks to Junalou for his knowledge, extensive help and patience! I would recommend Yotpo to anyone who needs a great product review app packed with features.

Have only just installed the app, so far, so good. Ronel was very helpful with queries when setting up. Dropped review to 4 stars...it seems I skipped a step upon set-up to automatically send review requests to my past orders (I.e. those prior to integrating Yotpo). Eunice was so helpful, stuck with me and arranged for the past order review emails to be sent. It took 3 weeks for the root of the problem to be identified and resolved. I feel either the instructions need to be clearer, or there needs to be the option to send them mails once someone has set up their account so that if the step has been accidentally missed, someone can go back and send them mails. (I must note I am on the free account, for now)

I used this to help get more reviews, and it's worked well for that. The support was very helpful too. Cons - I find the dashboard slow and a bit too busy.

Love this App, they are quick to help with my concerns and have no trouble stepping in when i am not confident with coding or widgets. Ask for Orly (if you can) very polite and very patient. I'm not confident with my back end (coding, widgets) of Shopify Orly was very informative and helpful. Love that this app has a free plan and really helps you with your reviews, they allow a good amount of free reviews and i love this! Will definitely be sticking around for ever!!! Thank you team! I really enjoy using Yotpo for my ecommerce store, it helps with overall conversions. They are also very helpful if you have any integration problems. Junalou was very quick and helpful to integrate Yotpo into our new Shopify theme, I definitely recommend this app we have been using it for a year and a half.
