Ed, was amazing! He helped me get all of our reviews posted onto our site in just a few minutes! We have worked with Yotpo for years and love the platform.

To be honest, I am not a tech person and I really have no idea how to set up an app but Jo assists me so well!! Even though I was sending 1000 screenshots, he was checking and makes sure if I am doing okay or not. However, such great customer support!

Jo could support us very professional. We had a problem with install the app but he could solve our problem very fast!

What is great about the YoTpo team is that their customer service is A1. Going into the back end of my site to see that the outcome was correct for my site. Lets hope that Google now starts show our stars.

I've been using this app for a few months. I mostly chose Yotpo because they were the cheapest option that is also verified by Google. I wish they offered the Google Seller Ratings & Google Shopping Ads in the Growth plan.

The customer service replies fast, friendly and effectively. Ronel answered my questions with patience and understanding.
