Although there were some minor issues, but this app works great so far. And the customer service is good, Ed, Sheen and Eunice did great jobs to answer our questions, and fix most of our problems. one suggestion we would like to give to customer service: when an issue is reported, please communicate solutions and associated impacts/risks to customer before take any action. This will let customer to evaluate impacts/risks before implement solution. In whole, we do recommend this app to e-commerce shop

We've used Yotpo for several years. The product has always been great. Recently had some issues that Orly helped me with. I believe the customer service has improved significantly since the last time we had an issue maybe 2 years ago.

I have just installed Yotpo on my site under the free plan. I was not sure if it had everything I needed. After a good chat with support on the live chat (with Manny) all my questions where answered. I was on the fence about whether to go ahead with Yotpo and after this chat I was convinced. I had set up my automated emails and was receiving reviews, I was unable to publish them. Manny was very patient and helpful even though I had so many questions. And was quickly able to solve my issue/s.

Yotpo has been great to automate the review collection. Customers can very easily respond to the automated emails to give us reviews and help convert other potential customers

Junalou was extremely helpful in assisting me to set up the app. Excellent customer service. App interface is somewhat clunky and challenging to navigate. Preview pages appear fairly inaccurate.

We got some awesome help from Jonalou. We had problem with www.shop.lashia.se with reviews and I will give her all credit and fast answers. I will really recommend.

Reviews and Q&A are ok but you can get the same for MUCH cheaper. UGC does not have an easy to use interface...much better off with Foursixty for Shoppable Instagram. Reps take weeks to get assistance
