fantastic customer support if you need something resolving they can hop onto your store and fix it. Don my support agent took the time to install some code onto my new theme and adjust some styling elements as per my requests. really impressed, thanks. I've also had the pleasure of agent Manny helping me out who was incredibly helpful.

The app has a nice aesthetic that I like. It looks more "real" and "legit" than Loox or Alireviews that i've used in the past. They have a LIVE CHAT which is BIG THING, if you need some answers quick or some changes made quick. They will assist you right away. When we installed it the first time, I was a little boring, asking them to do this and that for me, and they did it without hesitation and with great service. I'm very happy that we get to work with them. Eunice and Jo Lorenz were of great help past 2 days. THANKS yotpo

Thank you for Yopto's amazing support team. Don was very nice and friendly and not only solve the issue but reminded me with other things he was able to help.

So far, so good. Customer support has been quick to respond, even though we're currently on the free plan. "Growth" seems a little pricey for the upgrades that it offers, but if we see good engagement and conversions, we might swing for it (as a brand-first business, I can only stand the thought of sending non-customizable reviews emails for so long).

Jorge provided us with the best customer service! So patient and extremely helpful! We had an issue with our theme change over and he assisted us in getting set back up.

Jo was super super helpful with a recent hiccup on a review that had been saved incorrectly. Helped get my issue resolved in short order - thanks again!

Manny from customer service was amazing! He noticed that my star rating was not updated and he was able to make all the changes and even helped me customize the appearance of it on my site. I did not have to touch a thing.
