Super helpful customer service! I needed help reinstalling after a theme update and they got it done within 30 minutes

There's some parts of the application that can use enhancing. For example, the coupon option to be conditioned to send out only following specific emails. It seems odd that there is not setting for this condition. As well, it would be helpful to have the app pick up on where the customer is in the email request flow. I'm having to manually cross reference the email list to ensure that all customers have received the follow up reminder emails - seems very inefficient. Customer support was amazing though! Keith was very helpful and supported with me with my inquiries on several different occasions. 5 STAR for customer support.

Lemuel was super helpful! I had trouble with importing reviews but he was able to take a look at my file and manually fill in the information I was missing.

We just switched over to Yotpo and had AMAZING customer service in the process. Donald U went out of his way to help us move onto the platform and integrate our reviews. I have rarely had this positive of an experience dealing with support on Shopify apps and couldn't speak more highly of Donald U and the help we received from him!

Yotpo Reviews app is a must have. The feeling of seeing your customer/clients reviews let you know that you’re doing a great job. The support you receive from the team is top notch. Example: I recently updated my theme and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out how to add the app back in. So I send a request for assistance late that night like around 11am. Received an immediate reply back from Manny who jumped right in. I fell asleep shortly after, woke up the following morning to an email saying all fixed. That is what I call TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Thank you Manny for all your help. Never once did they make me feel incompetent. Which I truly appreciated ❤️

Support is great. Eunice fixed our technical issue within a couple of minutes even though we're just running on the free plan for now.

Creative, experienced, competent and solution driven person and patient on top. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience and I dont say this lightly.

Good thing about this app is you'll always find the chat support to be friendly and ready to provide human support unlike bots at most of the places. Eunice thanks for the support :)

Great app, super helpful support as well! They do a great job getting reviews for the site, and I've seen a huge uptick in review submissions since implementation!

I am two days into using the reviews by Yotpo and I am already blown away by the customer service. They are kind, quick and efficient. I have not been treated so well by any other company. Nick S. has been great.
