It is a great app and easy to use. My only concern is regarding how to set up the an unlimited coupon code.

Easy to use, light weighted and blends in with the shop. Unfortunately there's couple small, but annoying issues. If a customer uses a discount coupon during checkout, Swell usually doesn't reward the customer. Also the referring popup seems to work only sometimes.

Love it, it's pretty custimizable. Only issue I have is it's not clear how the whole coupon thing for my customers e.g. customer get's 500 points to redeem a $5 discount, but no easy way to see if I have to generate the code, or if swell already provides it.

easy to use and very useful app

Basic version is pretty good although I haven't tried premium. Customers seen quite keen to get points, so far very happy!

Looks good to try. Hopefully more functions would be available to Free account merchants. Like Exclude Product IDs From Earning Rewards as some promo items we may not want to give additional points :)

The app is quite useful but the design is not attractive enough. As it shows at the right corner. Customers may miss it.

good but not great. email pop up doesn't sync to mailchimp. I love the idea of an all in one reward, referral and email capture app but think I'm going to switch back to apps that specialize in each function.

Love the Swell program, it keeps up with points for our rewards program and makes our job much simpler.

Great tool. Easy to use. Only wish is for the free service to go up to 250 orders or so a month.

I am enjoying using Swell in my store. I am pretty new to both Shopify and Swell, so it helps that Swell is very user friendly. Many of my customers are excited about the prospect of earning rewards points!
