I have been working with Swell for a little over 2 hours and have gotten excellent feedback from a lot of my customers! I have always wanted a rewards program but never knew where to start. This app has been GREAT so far. Very easy to understand and to use. It helps me keep track of all of my clients purchases and points earned the way that I want it to. The awesome customization options and clean look put the cherry on top. The only thing I would recommend changing in the app is enabling more options for editing points balance(ability to remove points adjustments, etc.) in the user interface. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to encourage customer loyalty on any scale. Adam McCants

Great so far! Clients are very happy with the new Rewards!!!

I've just added the Swell Rewards Program to help couples, stylists and event planners earn points for the decor they hire or purchase for their special event. I have already had a very high open rate of emails announcing the new program to customers and believe this will appeal enormously to those who have multiple items they need to order for their wedding or special event. Very impressed with the customer service from Josh and looking forward to seeing the impact the Rewards Program has.

Fantastic app! Loads of options for rewards program and quite flexible. The only thing would be great to be able to change the text colour, otherwise with only default black, can't do the background dark.
