Just started using the app. I had several questions and they were answered quickly. I've had several people sign up for create an account already so I'm excited to see if the app helps boost revenue.

Wonderful dealing with Nikhil at Swell. Always had prompt answers for our questions. The app is straight forward & exactly what we at Bio-Beds Plus needed.

I just launched my shop very recently so I can't say for sure what impact Swell will have on my store in the long run, but a few customers started collecting points by placing orders and sharing. The app pretty much does what it's supposed to do and works fine. The only problem I have: My store's currency is JPY, and I have to give away ridiculous amounts of points to use the earn x points on purchase function. I can only give away points per 1 JPY, which is equal to about 1 cent. I would much rather give away 3 points per 100 JPY than 3 points per 1 JPY, but the app still works either way.

This is a great loyalty reward program app. For the most part, your customers will have a big selection of ways to earn points and spend them for different rewards you would like to offer. There are a few things that I wish was already ingrained on their site like points for reviews (not just Yotpot reviews), an automatic position on the website for customers to see their points, and a way to delete duplicate customers (although this doesn't really hurt anything). Some things you need to be a skilled code developer or know of a goo site to hire them, because their coders start off at $150 (which is very expensive for a small business like ours). Other than that, we love the app and it has fulfilled our basic loyalty program needs. Thanks Swell!

Great rewards app for customers!

I installed this app about a week ago, and it's already created engaged customers and helped closed sales! The customization and general set-up was a breeze, although I did need some help getting the spending set-up correct. Support was very fast and, in fact, spent a fair amount of time chatting with me to help me correct an (unanticipated) issue I'd run into (honestly not expecting it to help generate customers and sales so quickly :) ) and making certain I understood how to adjust and correctly set-up the other codes and coupons I needed to make everything work the way I want. (Nikhil is FABULOUS!!) No doubt about it... you NEED this app! And, as I told them, I LOVE the fact that the pricing structure is such that a small, first-timer such as myself has the opportunity to actually SEE it working for me and, in essence, having it help me generate the income that will then cover the fee... v. so many that may offer a free trial (that seems to end before producing results, so you incur expenses) without any proof you need it or it's even going to work for you and your purposes. So far, there's only been a few very slight glitches -- but they were very quick to respond and even took it upon themselves to help correct them for me. :) Don't think. Just get it! You have NOTHING to lose with this app, and a WHOLE LOT to gain!
