Really great suite of features to boost visitor action . I think the app could benefit from a more robust automated email marketing functionality it would avoid the need to use a yet a another app for that purpose and increase the value proposition of upgrading to the paid version. But it works as advertised.

I love the Swell app and have been using it in my store Sensual Shoes & Clothing Boutique, as it allows me to reward those customers who are loyal. The tools are great for obtaining new clients. This app gathers emails and allows me to send them discounts better than any of the other apps I'm using combined. When I'm unable to use other apps that promise to catch abandoned checkouts, Swell grabs that valuable information allowing me to immediately send them discounts to make them first-time customers and return customers. Best marketing tool ever.

easy to set up, haven't used long enough to see how it affects visits to site, but easy to work with and set up. Also free until lit does drive traffic so no worries if not.

This is an awesome way to give customers extra value while building your contact list. But even more helpful is the support team. When we had a setup issue, they responded within a couple of hours. Now that's great service.

All looks very good and straight forward, going to try it out now
