Great customer service from Elijah. My system glitched and Elijah waited with patience and dealt with my issues within no time, took some time to understand what I was trying to convey. Great service for sure!!!!

I really like this app. There is a lot of difference sms app but this one is the best. Good APP and even better customer service.

Still new to this app, still figuring all out but the customer service is very helpfull and guided you step by step if you miss anything, PL is very patient and lucky to be serviced by him/her.

I am really impressed with the level of customer service I have received from Elijah. He has been available to assist me with all questions and has so much patience providing video tutorials, screen shots and time for me. Understanding a new app, particularly one with the capabilities of Yotpo is crucial to our business and having the support provided by Elijah has been instrumental in taking the initial steps necessary to get us rolling.

Irene S. Landa, was fantastic to deal with and really went out of her way to help me and also went to the trouble of setting things up for me, not only that her advice to me was invaluable and an absolute pleasure to talk to and i cant thank her enough for everything she has done for me
