PL was super fast and friendly. Customer service on this app is so easy going. The app is super user friendly and makes it easy for me to communicate with my customers.

The app is scary to get into at first but its actually really simple when you look into it. Also, if you need help just hit support. They are very good. Marnie helped me out so quick and simple, i just had to leave a review and say something. Love this app.

I chose Yotpo after reading other customers reviews and a watching a couple of YouTube videos. I was overwhelmed during the installation but after my virtual appointment with Irene and Nikki, I feel confident. Irene was very helpful and had a simple response to each of my questions. John D from the support team emailed me even before I was done with Irene. I also appreciated Keanu in the quick chat box. I look forward to using Yotpo and working with the same team as my business grows. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend using this service.

Support and live chat is top notch. Seems easy to use, as usual there are bugs but just like all other apps, good thing is the communication is very fast and good.
