It is early days as I have just installed the app today, but so far it looks great. Joann C helped me with verification and she was very helpful.

SMSBUMP is very easy to set up and integrate with Shopify. Having SMS campaigns along side email campaigns is very important for business to stay connected with their customers. The standalone Shopify platform is deficient in this area. I assume because of the costs involved to send SMS. SMSBump allows me to customize my text message campaigns to suit my needs. The only feature that is missing is an iOS/android phone app to connect with the SMSBump chat feature so that when customers reply to my texts I can get notifications to my phone and quickly reply. Right now you can only get notifications by email and use a web app which is not as convenient for me. The Shopify chat app is a good example of a phone app that Yotpo should mimic for SMSbump chat feature. I spoke to smsbump representative PL to submit this feature requests to the Yotpo team. Hopefully it will be added to the roadmap for a future release.

This is a great app. I have been using it for years and the support is amazing. I had an issue with my account and it was seamless to talk with support personnel through chat. Quin was amazing to work with and helped me fix the issue. It took about 10 minutes! Great service!

I got a really fast response from John D, as i needed assistance with validating my Domain. He jumped right on in and helped me get the ball rolling, now I'm ready go!

The app seems to work well, just takes a little time to get everything syncing properly. I had a few flows that weren't "flowing" and John D. was very helpful in getting these working again. Thanks! Quin was also very helpful and patient working through some bugs. Apparently the tiktok pixel on chrome can make yotpo buggy. Pro tip for anyone that is experiencing the same issues!
