Good app for Small to Medium sized stores. Very good customer service by email.

The app is very helpful in notifying customers about order updates and also very helpful in retargeting customers. The support is also pretty good.

The apps works well. I do wish that there was a fixed fee plan available for bigger stores, but this works very well for small and growing businesses. Their support is also good. I contacted them via facebook and they were always willing to help.

SMS Marketing is definitely an app that you need to promote your business. Using Email is not as effective because so much advertising is pushed into someone's inbox every day. Using SMS marketing enables the seller to reach the buyer's fingertips in seconds. The promo code, emojis and shorten URLs are perfect to use for sales, daily deals and friendly reminders.

Awesome app! Everything set up in 10 minutes, I will update the experience as soon I start getting sales through SMS.

Seems to be good so far, One thing however, is the sender is coming out as my actual mobile number. When I select the option to have a custom sender, it is still showing my mobile number. Could I not have it showing my store name instead?

Great app to keep in touch with your customers via SMS

So far so good. Has helped us to contact customers that use checkout with mobile number option. We are currently just sending a message to customers when we have an epic deal. Helpful customer service team, if you run into any issues.

Seems good so far. I'm just confused that in the year 2018 we still pay for sms when most phones are smart phones... But anyhow, does the job.
