Has some good features but its disappointing they don't have a mobile template version for the floating button pop up. It covers the whole page and is quiet ugly. Wish I could create a initial pop up and if users would exit out, it would stay as a button in the bottom corner to be reopened again. Postscript does this...

I would give this APP 10 STARS if I could. The support was very fast and extremely friendly! Instructions were very clear and specific. Not to mention the effectivity (if that's even a word) in marketing!

User interface is very friendly, the setup youtube video is vastly informational and simple. Customer support seems very kind at first glance, and I hope I will not need to bring up any issues with them. Just starting, but they seem to be a very strong platform!

Just installed the app and my account needs to be validated. The customer service is great. They gave me thorough details on what needs to be fixed, also quick response. Great customer service.

Terrible app, it also kept charging me when I tried to turn it off! I have reached out to customer service multiple times without response!

The app is not working, tried to reach support in 3 different times, got excuses, upgraded to a bigger package for functionality, still don't work. The App was used to be good, not anymore. seems they don't care.

Angelica helped me update my number. When I went to send a test message to myself , I noticed my number was missing a digit. I started a chat and within 5 seconds Angelica hopped on and I told her the issue. She fixed it in less than a minute! She was so sweet and very helpful! Definitely recommend this app. Easy to use and AWESOME customer service!!

The Set Up is a little bit complicated and i was lost like Frodo, but after a few Videos i was ready to set up everything right.

The app is very simple to use. I like that they provide you with all the information required to set up the app, so you dont have to improvise. Additionally, they have one of the best customer service ever. They repplied really fast and answered all my questions. Additionally I get another doubt and they again provide amazing service.
