Regie helped me very fast and quick

Recently installed the APP. Very easy to use. I ran into a little issue re policies and SMS but contacted and spoke to Melvin, had me sorted within a few minutes . Very happy with this app and customer service is amazing.

I’m still in the set up stage, but John D. Sure came to the rescue when my CSV file was not working properly. I appreciate the quick response as I don’t want my system down for long. Melvin has been very helpful as well. This is one of the more difficult set-ups that I have done in my 11 years on Shopify. You will need support to help you. I’m looking forward to getting this system up and running. It looks to be far superior to anything else offered. Thank you John and Melvin.
