Die App erfüllt ihren Zweck und ist auch noch gebührenfrei. Die Optik wirkt leider noch recht schlicht und die eine oder andere Änderung muss über den Support erfolgen. Der Support ist jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Großen und Ganzen kann nich die App weiterempfehlen.

It is easy to set up and use. I like the flow of it. I give it four stars because I can not seem to remove the return to store option. I do not have a physical store and there is no point for me to have that option on there. Also, I wish there was a way to get a return label configured into the app. I have to create a separate return in Shopify to generate the label. It would also be great if an invoice can be created for them to pay for the difference on an exchange in the return portal. I do not know if I do not have something set up or not to do this. However, it would be wonderful to have these steps.

Esta APP es maravillosa !!, es muy intuitiva y fácil de configurar. Permite al cliente subir una foto del producto, personalizar las razones de la devolución, obteniendo un feedback interesante para nosotros, etc. Además, Tracy de atención al cliente responde muy rápido y son muy amables.
