Wishlist Plus was very easy to implement. I've had it for only a week or so, so it's tough to give feedback on the app itself. But, the customer service team was responsive in helping me fix any issues I had which is a big plus for me. There are plenty of app developers that are not responsive or helpful - I'm happy with this one!

I downloaded this app to my store to provide a wishlist for my customers. I had some difficulty with something minor and contacted support. I immediately received a response and they fixed it straight away. My support rep was amazing and efficient. I definitely recommend!

I have no coding experience and this app was really simple to use. I changed my product pages using gempages and wishlist worked seemlessly with that. I didn't have to change a thing. My favourite aspect is that the customer doesn't have to log in to see their wish list.

Initial set up has been a little rocky due to the log in issue with email address confusion. Otherwise App seems to be simple enough and Wishlist seems to be working. And it looks nice. There is a choice for color as well. But I'm still in the trial period. So, I'm not familiar with everything yet. Customer service is excellent so far. And they quickly respond to issues or questions.

The app works perfectly, and the support is exceptional. I reached out to them for help with the app, and they were very prompt with their replies, and made all the requested changes for me!

It is a nice and easy app to use, even if you use the free plan. I also had an excellent experience with their support!

I am happy to have found this app. I am using the free version. So far it seems to work well with a fast response from support whenever needed. Fits in well on my product pages. I am excited to offer this for my customers. Thank you!

Prompt and helpful service each time I've reached out for help with different aspects of integration.

This app is fairly new to us but we love the way it looks on the website. It has flexibility with the look and love that about it. It was easy to set up as well. We have a lot of personalized products and unfortunately it didn't work well with that app but after a few back and forths with the developer, they helped get it to a point that at least a customer could add a personalized product to their wishlist. Just something to consider if you have personalized products.

Great app and excellent support from staff. Quickly and efficiently took care of a small coding issue on my account which I wasn't able to deal with. Highly recommended.

This app allows my customers to save their items and see what they want. The developers were extremely helpful and made sure that my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Super quick response time!

I loved this app, but I wanted the option to place a little heart on the bottom right corner of my product images for adding to people's wishlist. I emailed support and they did that for me! I also asked if there was a one-click toggle option, which they then implemented. Lastly, I asked them to move the pop-up "added-to-wishlist" window since it overlapped with another notification window on my store. So they moved it up. It now looks beautiful. They were responsive, polite, and fast. I would definitely recommend any app they make based on their customer service!

I'm really impressed with not only the app, but the support and team behind this product. I had a couple of queries and they were extremely fast to help me get the app working as I wanted too for my ecomm site, I'd highly recommend this App to anyone and I would use this teams products again. I like this app so far. It was easy to install and use. Wishlist Tech support was responsive and very helpful in making a couple of custom requests. I'm using the free version.

This APP works really great for us. It helps us to know better about our products and customers. Their support team is also nice and helpful, having guided us through setting up different functions. Whenever we asked for help, they replied fast and with every detail. Totally recommending it!

got the free version to test out and was really close to the limit (so obviously my clients were happy I had this and were using it) I updated the app and also have reached out to support a few times and they answer RIGHT AWAY and get things fixed exactly the way I wanted super quickly. Wow. Swym has some of the nicest customer service out there! Gopinath N & Krishnan AJ were both very helpful as well as patient in their communications with us, as we have a very jam-packed schedule at the moment. Every customization we have asked for has been installed at a moments notice. The wishlist looks AMAZING on our site! Couldn't ask for more, they will be our wishlist app, and hopefully yours too if you are reading this =). A++

I had a few issues regarding alignment of button with my other buttons however Gopinath was able to fix with no dramas. He was very responsive (within a couple minutes for each response). The app is great and will advocate it to any stores. Great work team.

Good app, functions well! Also, great customer service response! When I installed the app, I initially thought it wasn't functioning properly & contacted customer support...I received a response within an hour or so, not a day or so, as has been the case with some customer support. Thank you!

I wanted to add the wishlist button to the collection page and the quick view page. I asked for help from the app help team and they helped me in no time and they were super kind. Very recommended
