We recently upgraded to the paid version and could not be happier. Our design clients can now create multiple wish lists for themselves or their clients. The folks at Swym are super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them and their product.

The basic Wishlist functionality has been a great tool for encouraging conversions on our site. However, upon trying to customize additional features such as the Wishlist Reminder E-mails, we ran into some technical bugs that significantly delayed our integration of the features. However, the support was very attentive and worked hard to resolve the issues in a timely manner.

This app works like it should and is very affordable for the price. Great addition to the products we offer to help boost some ancillary sales by having our customers save their wishlist for later

I'm using the free version for my store and it's been a great experience. Any time I have a question, they are very quick to respond. When I had some theme updates that changed how the wishlist button was looking on my site, they immediately fixed it for me so everything is good now. Their support response is amazing and deserves 10 stars alone. I have only used the free functionality, so can't comment on the other features of the app yet. Update: I've had this app for a while now, and the Swym folks continue to do a great job supporting it and me. Seems like my theme updates will cause issues, but they always very quickly resolve anything I report to them. Really can't ask for more - especially when I'm using it for free!

This is app is fab, lots of my customers use it, its really easy to install and the support team are always super helpful and polite and show you screen grabs to show your issues have been sorted.

Seamless integration with our Shopify theme (Responsive by Out of the Sandbox). Love the intuitiveness and ease of use as well as the customization options. Customer support quickly and efficiently responded to our inquiries and we are pleased with the final result.

I love this app! It works EXACTLY as described. I think having a wishlist is very important for customers to access and store their favorite items. The developers are ALWAYS always on hand to respond to my questions and do so articulately and super efficiently! A lot of our customers wanted to have a special list where they can save all their favorite item. We downloaded Wishlist Plus wish did the role we were searching for. And special thanks to the customer service team who customized the app to fit our theme

We would very highly recommend this app and the customer service that comes with it. We had installed it initially and ran in to a few difficulties setting it up with our theme but within no time, one of their customer service reps had the issues fixed and working perfectly. We are delighted with the result and it looks great. We would definitely recommend this app with any online shop or catalog website as its so easy to use from a customers point of view and looks really great. Can be modified to blend in perfectly with any branded theme.

Great app. Great support. Just suggestion if we can have more option to adjust wishlist icon on Product page by ourselves from settings, then that can be great.

Still using the free plan - however very happy with it so far - it seems our customers as well. I like that customers can use it cross device without having to log in. The support team is super responsive and always there to help, they customised a whole bunch of things for me, thumbs up!!
