Very good app and very good customer support and all for free. It really does what it should do for a store.

Have had the app for a very short time but it has an easy to use platform and very well written faq built in!

Easy onboarding. Quick setup. Live Chat, Help Center, FAQ Page is a needed upgrade in customer service for our customers, and for any webshop. Pricing is unbeatable. The help center page that comes with the app looks very promising (it is automatically installed here: https://www.yourdomain.com/a/self-faq ). Positive: they offer language support for very many (most) languages. They have in the pipeline (that we will look forward to): Facebook integration (+ Instagram integration). App. Feature request: I hope they will add the search for product and product insert link with photo, that Shopify Inbox offers.
