So far so good. They're still working on integrations with social media and the iOS app but I like how many more customizations I can add here than in the Shopify Inbox app.

Im still playing with the app but i love the features, wish the text box was half the size that it is, other than that things are great so far.

Es fabulosa! Puedes tener un chat en vivo con tus clientes, añadir a más operadores y hacer un bot de Preguntas frequentes. Además, puedes hablar con ellos, a mi me atendio Nona, y la verdad es que estoy encantado tanto con su trabajo como el trato personal que tiene con nosotros! Muchas gracias Nona!

This app is great, it helped me with instant and running issues, but also common issues, and custom colors and styles, it's awesome. I contacted support for some information, I was followed by Molly who was very good in handling my requests. The application I recently downloaded and I am configuring it. It is very simple to use and the support is very good.
