This is an excellent app for setting up various discounts for customers - highly recommended. It is user friendly and their customer support has been very efficient at integrating and customising it to meet the needs of our store- thanks guys!

This app has helped us get our B2B site up and running. I really like the available chat option, and used it frequently when I hit a bump. All questions were answered with detail and in a very positive way. I would like to see the MSRP and wholesale price labelled as such for our wholesale customers instead of having the MSRP price crossed out like its on sale. Everything integrated nicely.

I did some research online about a wholesale app to integrate into my Shopify store. This one was highly rated for its tech support and customer service. I am not a programmer or coder so this was very important to me today. I had an online session with Rohan who helped me set up a dealer sign in for my B2C business. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Rohan was a great help and I highly recommend demoing this app to see for yourself. Jay

Don't waste your time...... no support, no communication. App doesn't work and when it does its faulty... the only thing I can possibly think of regarding all the good reviews they've got is that they have bought them or there fake ... I'm not quite sure, but one thing I do know is this app, and the support is a waste of time.

We recently migrated to the Wholesale Pricing Discount App from the very robust (though pricey!) wholesale platform we'd been loyal to for years in an effort to cut some costs this year. So far I've been really impressed with the features and capability. The support for this app is outstanding, fast and friendly. They helped me make modifications to my theme very quickly. There is little support for this app. Have tried to schedule demos and even meetings but nobody turns up on the other end. Their support only works 3 days a week.

I have not tested the app for a very long time. But it looks good so far. Some changes to fit into our theme. But very good customer service who are very quick to respond and make the changes we need. B+

After reviewing a ton of wholesale apps I found the Wholesale Pricing Discount app to fit our business the best. We have almost 2,000 SKU's and trying to manage pricing one item at a time would be time-consuming. Their upload feature made it quick and painless. We scheduled a call to do a screen share and learned the ins and outs of the apps and asked a ton of questions to really configure the app to suit our business goals. They have been responsive and very helpful every step of the way. Sign up and do a screen share to really make the most of the app. This could be a game changeer for our business.

This app has huge issues with multiple currencies. We are running it on several stores, it works fine if you have a store with one currency (as we have found). With multiple currencies, the checkout will show customers hugely discounted prices (in some cases at a zero cost) unless they manually change to check out in the store default currency. We're still trying to make it work (via messaging to customers on switching currencies) as the concept is good, but troubleshooting it and correcting orders has been a hassle.

We are building out a B2B store on Shopify. We needed net payment terms functionality to support the checkout requirements for our customers. We decided to try WPD, and so far we have been thoroughly impressed. Their implementation team has been great to work with, and we've received excellent customer service from their team.

We've found great success using the wholesale pricing app and are able to offer different shipping rates for different customers based on their tags. We did have one issue with Net Terms but support was responsive and found a custom solution at no charge. We have been very happy so far.

The Wholesale Pricing app is awesome for being able to set up specific customers and/or products with different pricing options. I love the volume discount option, it really influences customers to "fill up" their shopping cart. The Wholesale Helper team are amazing to work with. Very straightforward app and easy to use. Great customer service too. Chose this app to replace one that used to just duplicate variants to make the multiple pricing work. (Seems they've updated their app, but it still costs so much.)

The app outcomes most app I've tried, service is another level, they have online chat that you could speak with their service team right away, shout out to Mehak, she's been very fast on responding my questions and she is a pro for sure, everything solved within hours. Recommended!
