I have installed this app and have been very pleased. I needed more than what the app was offering and the team has been very responsive to my email and chat requests. They also have a call meeting option, which I very much benefitted from when I had a lot to work out, and needed more help. They also made some personal customizations to my wholesale store (some of which was an additional charge). I highly recommend this app.

Update: I've been a customer of WPD for almost a few years now. Anytime I needed help they were always quick to respond and get things done. Extremely happy with how their apps function with our website!

Really bad customer service, they don´t help and provide solution with minimum requeriments that the app should have

Ils répondent rapidement... le seul problème c'est qu'ils ne parlent pas français! Par contre le net 30 jours n'est pas efficace pour moi.

The app helps us setting discount levels for specific customers. Its not very easy because we have over 9000 products and we dont want to manage them one by one, but we were able to group products and put a % on group level. The only thing we didnt figure out yet is how to do product promotions when a whole sale customer has a discount % attatched to his profile. It seems the system doesnt know how to use 2 discounts on 1 product.

The application works excellent for wholesales discounts, especially for volume discount. After sales support is world class!

Yes the customer service is awesome, quick response and nice manner! Still trying out the features but they seem to have all functions I need in an affordable price!

El servicio y el soporte Técnico es de lo mejor que he encontrado, son muy rápidos y atentos, la aplicación es la mas complete que he encontrado ya que puedes manejar diferentes descuentos, si lo que buscas es tener descuentos por volumen, a ciertos clientes o precios individuales te lo recomiendo.

While we ultimately decided to use a different solution for wholesale pricing, for simplicity sake; the support team was very helpful in trying to assist us in resolving our issues.

The service is shocking!!! I installed the app and quickly realised it wasn't for me. I've been trying for the past 2 days to get them to remove code left behind when I uninstalled the app. I get through to an agent. they message me and want me to try. I didn't have a backup. I have explained that we "DESPERATELY" need the code removing and still nothing. I've explained that it needs removing ASAP but as I say the service is terrible and nothing has happened apart from sending me a collaboration request.

Helpful customer service. Needed some time to integrate theme. If you have been trying different apps, be sure to delete any excess codes, it will save you a lot of time. Wholesale discounts, shipping, net30 is good, works well with us.

Just kicked off our store this week. Having to use 3 apps to get our rather simple needs to work. Yet, it seems to work well. Had a couple issues with set-up that app folks agreed they are aware of and are fixing. Not big deals and easy work-arounds. Customer service has been darn good. So 4 stars for now. And hopefully 5 soon.

Doesn't track like Bold does. Also you get spammed with messages or the app asking for reviews each time you load it. Very annoying. Reported to the devs a few times and was even told I would be removed from the spam messages but I don't think that is possible. Not a bad app but I would go with Bold instead just due to more features. We will be migrating soon due to lack of extra shipping options too. Even though there are advanced shipping options it is very limited and can't even show a popup to say something like you will get an additional invoice for shipping or similar.

Great app with the outstanding support . Half hour call with Wholesale Discount (Shahrukh) answered all of my questions and offered advice on what would suit my store and customers.

Very helpful and useful app, the team were very supportive with my requests and helped add info into the form.

This app does exactly what we need it to. Support is very good and fast. We also needed some customization which was done quickly and looks great.
