Weglot is a great app and always provides great customer service. We used it for several years, I highly recommended it.

We've been using translation apps for years now and Weglot has been the one we stuck with. It's got a lot of great features that let you control which words you want to be translated, it can also translate external javascript code from other apps and lets you export or translate directly in the browser. But one of the most important reasons we stuck with Weglot is for their excellent customer service. So many apps these days have a ghost for service. This is not the case with Weglot. They are always really quick to reply to our messages and will fix any problem or extra help we need to get some special words translated.

We are so happy and it's the easiest and best translation app on the market. We faced now our first small problem and it was solved within minutes by the weblog support. Never experienced a better support before!

Great App and Great customer service. Thank you Christophe for your quick help! The app is easy to work with, the visual editor is really helpful. Some elements still need to be optimised, not all translations are easy to find in the back office and the word limit integrate also the words you have translated by yourself. But overall the experience is great.

I have tried all translation apps, because none of them satisfied my needs. Our agency then recommended Weglot and I was skeptical, because it was not under Shopify's recommendations for language apps. I have used the app almost 3 months now. First on the free plan and then quickly changed to the advanced plan because of some of the features I needed. I have had a look into a handful of different apps before that and Weglot seemed the most professional to me. I was not dissapointed. They have a very clear and detailed help center on their website. Our shop is not the most straightforward. We have a number of 3rd party apps and work a lot with custom pages built with templates in the customizer in the Dawn Theme. Weglot was able to translate everything that I needed. I had a lot of email exchange with the Weglot support because of some tricky things that were not translated right away like dynamic content, app content or were translated although they should not be, like hidden content. But Jeremie and especially Alexis were incredibly helpful, very fast with their reactions and always really patient. Where there was no straightforward solution, they offered workarounds and now I can say I am very happy with the result while also seeing good improvements with my search engine rankings. Thanks a lot, Weglot team and especially Alexis and Jeremie!

Do not use this app, it never translates my company name properly. Every single time I add a new product, I must open the app and fix the way that my company name is spelled. It can't even translate the word "meters" properly. I have changed specific words so many times it feels like at this point the app is just not saving what im fixing, and I have to constantly re-do it. This is by far the worst translation app I've ever had to use, and I can't switch to another app because then all my progress would be gone and I would have to re-translate everything.

We have been using Weglot for our Italian > English translation. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The automatic translation is better than many I've seen around and while it did require some manual touch-ups it was very easy for our Translators to use. The Customer Service team is amazing. They are quick in responding, efficient in fixing, extensive in explaining. I recommend this app.

I used this app for more than 3 months in Arabic translation, and I would simply say we postponed the launch for 2 months because of it. You do manual amends on the poor translation the app gives and it vanishes, so you need to redo the manual translation allover again and guess what? it vanishes again. Massive waste of resources!

Great app but what makes it amazing is its client support. Antoine's answers and help were fast and accurate! Love it!
