We have a problem Weglot for several weeks. There are translations in all kinds of languages that we don't even use on our website. The translations are added automatically and we are not able to stop this from happening. This makes it a hassle for our translator and messes up our statistics. The customer service is not able to solve the problem.

We're using this app to translate all website content from English to German, on two identical shopify stores. They don't sync, so we have to translate new content individually on each store. I'm using the Visual Editor to translate blogposts, which is fairly easy. For manual translations, I'd wish that I could translate the entire blogpost at once, instead of each element (paragraph) individually. We had some dynamic content that we needed help from their support, in order for it to be translated. Support was quick and helpful.

This app is a must-have if you're thing about expanding your store. Plus, the staff is really helpful and reactive !

I've been using this app for around a year now and only recently really understand just how powerful it is. The machine translations are often incorrect, which is to be expected but overall it's a really smart app that has helped me grow sales significantly. Here's what I love most: Ease of manual editing of translations Rules to apply to the whole site (do not translate rule is vital for brand names and terms that just don't make any sense in the local language) SEO on all translated languages The translated feed that drives my search marketing based on the end users device settings Customer service! I like to test and change things a lot, all requests are picked up and carried out within a day I'm currently on the Pro plan but now need Enterprise, which is quite a big jump cost wise but I wouldn't get half as much elsewhere. I really couldn't have scaled my sales so significantly without this app, super happy!

Best multilingual app for shopify by far. The backend is very easy to use, and translations are easy to find and modify. Integrations with other apps and SEO optimizitation are also working perfectly. The support team is very friendly and reactive.

Only 2000 words on the free plan. That means each time a word is loaded on the screen it counts towards the 2000 words. A couple of users on your site can go through that in a few minutes and after that, it doesn't even keep the manual translations after you fixed all the terrible machine translations. I could understand paying for multi-languages but never for a single language.

Great customer service. They are always willing to help! App works well and all the mishaps with the minority language I use have been dealt with.

Le service client est au top. Ils sont vraiment là pour nous aider. Vous pouvez traduire les applications et les mails que vous envoyez à vos clients tant que vos applications sont pas en iFrame. Certaines traductions sont quand même à faire, il traduit bien dans son ensemble mais pour certaines détails il faut passer derrière mais sinon le traducteur est au top. Je conseil le traducteur pour celui qui veut pas créer des tonnes de boutiques pour pouvoir traduire son site. Il faut juste que vous engagiez un traducteur soit de chez Weglot ou un prestataire et vous pouvez lui donner l'accès afin qu'il vérifie ou améliore certaines traductions.

Nice job, guys! We used it for our souvenir shop dodomarket.mu and we were positively surprised. Quick translation at acceptable quality level. Machine translation still requires manual corrections, but certainly will improve with time. Price also ok. Thanks!
