so this is a tricky review to make. im using it for english to chinese. Apps struggle with chinese. I struggle daily with Chinese. So for the bad, the translation is bad. Which at first really annoyed me. if there was a review just for the translation its 1 star. So why 5 stars ? All apps are appalling at chinese translations. I hoped , wanted more here, but nah it was the same. What Weglot gets right is the editing side of things. You will have to edit if you use chinese , but its so straight forward. Im by no means a tech person, its easy. And there are two ways to do it, both easy. So if you anticipate a computer cannot translate into decent chinese, then this is the next best thing. Your customers can switch languages easily and the websites appearance is constant. its instant. Customer services is good. They cant help with translating issues at all, they are very techie. Their responses are clear and easy to follow, they just dont ever look at it like a translation service, which is a little weird at first, when you are buying a translation app. They are also a little touchy about criticism of the software, so sometimes they appear defensive. But their solutions are effective.

There is no perfect translation app on the market but that app is to me the best one as it allows you to have your store translated in multiple languages in 1' which is awesome - translations aren't perfect in some cases but it's more than enough to start selling in many countries - if needed, you can always customise them - support team is very professional and they respond quickly ! well done :)

Is the best app to translate, I have tried many but weglot is the best. Not to mention the support, very fast and very efficient!

I decided to update my negative review after the negative experience i had with one of Weglot support member. The matter was addressed by the management who reach out to me within 24h in friendly polite way, My technical problem (excluding content from being auto translate) still exist but I hope Weglot will be able to solve it.

UPDATE - Oct 2020: Emile has been a true asset to us, helping us whenever we had questions and especially with specific requests. Great tool and even better support! Highly recommended! OLD - Even though there is a lack of notification translation within this app (they provide another easy way to do it), it seems that everything else was tough of! It's nearly perfect and when you encounter an exception, their team is quick and efficient to find an answer that works for you. They only need to fine tune some little things and this app could be the ONLY one out here that does the job. Big plus for us : they also speak french! Extremely convenient app for automatic translations. Works like magic in the background with very precise translations. In our case we go from English to German and it works in 95% of the time without us re-checking the translations. Especially helpful was the support - so shoutout to Fanny and Nathalie for helping me with all small problems immediately. All the best and keep up the good work! :)

Fast answer and resolved my problem in no time. Very reliable and friendly service. Mark answer our emails very quickly with the correct response to our problem. Weglot is a great team for any business looking for a professional translator.

20 bucks a month for that is pure scam. The app is full of bugs, it changes things you already corrected, the glossary isn't working properly. I've spent a lot of time of my translation due to this bad app and I'm not even done. And, there are also some pages that are only partly translated. This is such a useless mess!

I'm not sure about the app yet because I have just installed it, but I looks really good. But one sure thing is that Guillaume is 100% available and really quick to reply and he is good help. He resolved all the issues I had on my shop. Thanks a lot for that, I really appreciate it.
