Weglot is a great app that works perfectly with our Shopify Plus stores. The interface is great and easy to operate. Weglot has all you could possible need from a translations tool. Took a bit of time to learn and understand it but now I think this is a great app to use, so recommend it! I had a few issues and asked Customer service on email and not only did I get a reply within 15 minutes (which is unheard of), the help was clear and focused, I felt like I was a valued customer which meant alot. Weglot Cons, found with my experience: - for 3 languages ​​with url slug you need the advanced plan and the cost is $ 2,400 / year (higher price than the competition) - payment only by credit card, paypal or other services are not accepted - unmanageable language change customization (does not work on mobile, impossible to change the structure, but only part of the CSS can be changed) - dynamic content not translated correctly (if you have an infinite scroll it won't work for you) - really bad language rendering times - in the cost of translations they also charge the internal pages of shopify, such as cart, account, etc .. it seems that the locales used by shopify are not taken into consideration and recommend deleting them - completely wrong translations (API service mandatory and useless if it doesn't translate correctly) - unable to delete the css provided (the language switch stops working) - performance dropped from 60 points to 48 points after installing and configuring this app (very little optimization) - contents translated only and exclusively through ajax from the html code - to translate invoices or other things in the store you need to install external apps recommended by them which significantly increase the monthly costs

A great tool with great support behind. We've updated our theme and had some trouble with the location of the language switcher. Contacted support which replied very fast and helped with all our needs.

I am pleased we chose this translation app, it's pretty intuitive and seems to do the job well. Most of all the support has been really excellent- fast response and very helpful in solving everything we have thrown at them so far.

This app works fine for translation but customization does require some CSS knowledge - not ideal for non-technical folks. However, their customer support is super responsive and helpful! They were able to help us sort out any issues pretty fast. Good choice if you use Gempages for your site!
