I use this app for many instore add ons. it works well and allows the store to function at high speed. It would be great if more could be added, however, I am thankful for how it is now.

We've recently implemented this app into our store. We were trying to cut down the number of apps that we were using on our store as they were making our store extremely slow and that's when we turned to Vitals. Since Implementing Vitals, we've now gotten rid of 6 other apps from our store and as we begin to use some more of the feature Vitals offers, this will most likely increase. We did have some minor error and bugs initially with some of the features which is why the app gets 4 stars right now but the support team at Vitals have been very quick to respond to our requests and have resolved everything in a timely manner. Overall, very impressed with Vitals and would highly recommend.

Really the best app available on Shopify, no question. Had an issue with some integration, but after contacting customer support, they solved the issue very quickly.

I love the many apps that it has that really boosts my conversion rate. I was always looking for different 3rd party apps that only had one or two out of the 40 apps Vitals has, and it caused my speed score to go down. I highly recommend it.

I like this app which is comprehensive and very useful. But to my surprise is that, their customer service is excellent !!!! I love their prompt reply which is very responsive and supportive. One of their CS, Costin, is friendly and helpful. I appreciate their work and recommend this app.

Customer service is unmatched. Needed help with an app not working turns out it was previous script that was blocking it from working. Customer support fixed it up for me.

Filip is always there to support me. The only thing I'm waiting on is the post purchase app. If that comes out, I will give it a 5 star review. Do you guys now when to expect that? Furthermore really happy with the app.

Hands down the best app ever. This is the first app that I download whenever I create a new store. It has everything that you need. Most importantly the support is amazing. Especially Mr. Filip in the support team. He literally changed every little detail however I wanted it. Thank you so much Vitals team for the amazing app !!

Amazing app, even better service. Incredible combination. I had a couple of different apps before doing reviews, bundles, etc. I switched to VITALS because it seemed more economical and I liked the idea of having all the apps integrated. I am so glad I made that decision. While separate apps might do things at a more detailed level - the VITALS app does a lot of things incredibly well, works really well together, and is quick to load. I am using a number of different functions from the app and getting great results and feedback from customers. What really stands out is their service. They provide 24/7 service and support. I have reached out to them so many times now and they are quick to respond and so willing to help. Recently, I had a tough issue that we were struggling to solve - there was a bunch of back and forth and we had to involve Shopify - but VITALS support stuck with it and were able to get to the root cause and fix it. Incredible support. Highly recommend it - there is lots of good reasons for why they have a solid 5 stars with almost 1300 reviews.
