This is by far the best app on shopify. It has tons of amazing features and saves me from paying for individual apps.

I've been using this app for product reviews and volume discounts with great success. Customer support is also quick and very helpful!

I love it, found everything I need in one app. It's really easy to use, and you can personalize it for your shop!

I was a bit skeptical about this app at first because I have heard how a lot of people love it and how a lot of people think that there is a better app out there for each app Vitals has. While it may be true that for some of Vitals' apps you can find a better version of it through a completely different app outside of vitals, this doesn't apply to all of Vitals' apps in my experience. Also, you get the benefit of saving money by having several apps in one and Vitals is constantly working on improving each of their apps so sooner or later all their apps can outperform any other app out there. First of all, the support team is the best I have ever experienced and I have worked with atleast 20 support teams from other apps in Shopify. Also, they were so willing to custom code many things I wanted out of their apps. Also, my favorite app they have is the product bundles app because it offers a feature that is not offered in any other product bundle app I could find. It has the feature to upsell the complimentary product of the product bundle in the cart page. This is a game-changer and honestly is worth the complete $29.99 just for this one app even though they have almost 50. I would definitely recommend Vitals if you are starting out and want to be cost-effective or even for those that have been in the ecomm business for a while and open to find an app that would really help you.

I don't usually write reviews. but Vitals Team is so so special. The guys are so honest & reactive. if the app doesn't hold the function you want they can customize it for you as quickly as possible. I found many options I'm looking for in Vitals App. all-in-one I mean ALL. you will not ever need to install other apps. thank you guys for a great job. Highly recommended!

I'll admit, I just loaded the app an hour ago but I love it already. Lot's of really cool functionalities. More than that, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. 10pm at night messing around with the settings and I could get somebody on live chat within a minute any time I needed. Love it!

In general, I like all the features but some finer details regarding the aesthetics, rather than function, were bugging me. Glad I queried them, as they generously took the time to tweak what I needed. Thank you Filip and team.

The apps work great and are all useful. Best customer support ever! We had a problem with another app that left leftover code in our theme and VITALS support helped us overcome the issue.

This is a great app, which add so many options you typically have to pay for. The customer support is also first class, very quick and extremely helpful in patiently resolving any issues you may have.

VITALS has been a game changer for me. It is simple to use, full of the very best tips and tricks to optimize sales and comms with customers. I am really excited by all the things this app can do and how simple they are to set up and activate. My shop's load time has improved as well, which is a massive bonus. However my favourite thing about VITALS is the incredible support I have had. Costin has been fantastic, patient, a mine of knowledge about Shopify as well as VITALS and always available when I needed help.
