I absolutely love this app, it works like a charm! It does not only have 40+ apps but it also as great customer support! All questions I have they answer and fix them with kindness! Plus they are super fast replying to the messages. Really recommend it!

This app is great. I like the visitor replay feature. It has helped us discover why customer left our store instead of guessing why they left. This had sped up our growth process.

The apps are pretty close to whatever you need to do. Maybe a little short on a feature or 2 compared to a competitor... but it's the sheer volume of features and the support at the end of the Chat that blows you away. More than happy to tweak to make it do what you want.

Though we have used the App for a short time, we find it to be very user friendly, it really is useful and very cost effective based on the number of apps rolled into one. We have been able to delete several apps, and have reduced our montly app cost. A huge factor is that by reducing the number of Apps our store load time has improved a huge benefit.

Fantastic support team sorted out issues with my store which were above and beyond regular scope and they spent a substantial amount of time sorting things out. That's apart from what they are offering which is tremendous value in the app itself.

Vitals provides a wide variety of tools which is well worth the price, especially considering you're getting a cohesive singular program, instead of patch working multiple apps together to get the same effect.

Their support team is amazing. Especially Rey, who helped a lot with a problem I had. This app is a must, and their team makes the choice even better. App is very user friendly. I don't use all the features they have but enough to make it worth it.

The app is already great out of the box but I think where it stands out is the quick response of the support team. They were quick to work on the changes I required (I requested a few) ensuring I am happy with the final outcome. Highly recommended.
