Great support. Live chat agent was able to correct the issue within minutes. Its to bad not all apps have such outstanding service.

Only recently installed it and already loving it. Super easy to use and when I needed a little advanced help, Jed in customer support was more than happy to help and get everything I needed to. Looking forward to seeing what more this app can do for me.

I used this app cause i had to many single ones and my page speed was going down. Now that i´m using VITALS it leads faster and i still have all the Apps i need and even more. As i´m from Austria the only thing missing in my opinion are Trust Badges in German and The KLARNA Trust Badge

No app is without a problem, and do not get me wrong, this app works wonders, but the most important part is that if you somehow manage to find a little problem, the solution is just one click away with their superb support team! Hugely recommended.

As a beginner I didn't know what apps I needed for my store. I'm glad I found VITALS because it is a comprehensive and has everything, even the things I never thought I'd need. Todas las funciones que necesites para una tienda bonita y eficiente, solo pido que sigáis mejorando y añadiendo funciones interesantes. Por ejemplo el bundle discount, podría tener una opción de salir en la descripción del producto en vez del checkout. Los contadores podrían tener diseños más bonitos, etc.

This has been a fantastic app that has definitely lived up to its reputation. There are so many (over 40) apps that are very easy to turn on and off, or customize as needed. Vitals is really helping my store with tools to increase conversions, raise the average order value, and to build trust with my customers. The customer service is also unbeatable! Their response time is very quick and they simplify things so anyone without a lot of technical experience can understand.
