This app is awesome, but the customer support for this app is next level. Super useful for any store.

I highly recomend this app, I have used a lot the option for bundle product and it boosted my sales.

This app has almost everything I need in one app. Since all features are on one app it has reduced my time on managing multiple apps and the site loads faster. They provide very responsive support and changes are done within minutes instead of hours/days. Recommend the app for anyone.

Great company. Great support and yeah.. Its just the app to get if your run a shopify store! :) It has so many valuable functions that is a no brainer to get the app.

I used the app for a couple of things but most recently to help me import customer reviews from existing products. The team at VITALS help me import my reviews and tutored me so that I'll be able to do it on my own next time around.

The whole time I am using this app I am thinking there is no way in hell that this is made by just 1 company.... when I tell you that i no longer feel lost in optimizing my site I am so serious. This app is great as it covers all the basics needed to launch and scale a successful ecommerce store. There are tutorials to guide and educate you, and the live support is fantastic. The only thing I would say could use some improvement is customization of icons for product bundles, etc. Some of the badges offered are very large and bulky looking, but with the help of support they can be changed to how you like. For future I would like to be able to make the changes myself. Recommend!

I just started using the app, its been great, extremely easy to use and versatile. App support is excellent and extremely knowledgeable; always available to help. The only negative is customizing opinions are limited (colors , backgrounds, etc.); however, I believe the support team will help me in the future to upgrade these options and make the features more appealing for my store.
