It is a very good App which has its value exceed its cost! 40+ App works very well, hopefully they can have more function available in future such as Color Swatches and recovery email so we can explore more possibilities on selling!

Got in chat real quick and problem was solved very fast along with the agent being very kind and direct to the point!

I am currently using 8 of the 40 apps and has allowed me to do so many improvements to my store. Today I contacted support to ask about email integration and how to set up. Within 1 minute Costin came on the chat and answered all my questions plus gave me some great advice on which integration has been working best. Awesome support and customer care. Very happy with support and Vitals amazing features. Thanks again Costin for helping me out.

I'm a new user and am amazed by the many features of the Vitals app. In fact, I regretted not trying it out earlier. I have encountered some issues with installing the different apps but were solved fast and efficiently by the Support Team. Whether it's via email or chat, their response is almost immediate. It is important to get such support and I am grateful for all the help rendered to get the apps working perfectly on my store. I highly recommend this app!

I'm a new user but totally blown away by Vitals functionality and the amazing live chat support that I've already received. I started out by setting up the reviews app. I was concerned I might lose my existing reviews, especially those with photos that I had been getting over time using a separate and much more expensive reviews app. I contacted Vitals support using their chat feature and got help very quickly from a live support representative, this in itself was a pleasant surprise. She provided details for importing my reviews from the 3rd part app I was using and in only a couple of minutes, all of my reviews had been imported, with photos. So far I'm super impressed and can't wait to dig into the other features available in Vitals.
