Absolutely love this app. I love the video tutorials which are so helpful with step-by-step detailed instructions. It has made my store look so professional and have the feel I want. It works seamlessly with my theme. Customer support is exceptional. They took the initiative to contact me about a re-adjustment to the cart page on my store and fixed it for me without me asking. I feel like they read my mind because that was on my list of items to fix, and they just saw the need and did something about it. Very much appreciate the help. They also respond very very quickly. I have yet to find another app that offers this much value. I am blown away by how many features are available AND ones that actually work well to upgrade my existing theme. Couldn't recommend more. Their customer service is AMAZING too. Fast response, professional, friendly and detailed.

Probably the best pricing of any app, and even with that pricing they don't skip on the support. I've had numerous small issues and changes which got fixed in no time.

If you are using shopify, there are some applications that you should definitely use. To give just a few examples, the apps I use the most are: review app, currency converter app, bundle app, card timer app, and I use the visitor replays feature, which is the best in my opinion. There are many vitals features that I still use, but I'm tired of counting them. The cost of just the ones I've counted is more expensive than the vitals fee. I really recommend vitals because it is both affordable and works correctly in every feature. (Installing too many apps can cause the store to slow down, but since there are 40 features in vitals, it is enough to install 1 app, not 30-40) thanks vitals

This App is just great. Gives you all the features you need for conversion rate optimization and running your store. The support has also been great. Very fast replies!!

The app is great, a real value for the money, I've just installed it and It has 40 apps built in so I can delete all the unessary apps and stick only with vitals, the price is for 40 apps which others charge for only one app, I love it so far , really really recomanded
