Vital har som navnet tilsier alt man trenger for markedsføring i en og samme app. Vel, alt vi har trengt så langt ihvertfall, og da har vi ikke engang kommet oss gjennom alt av funksjonlitet de tilbyr. Alt fungerer som det skal, og mest av alt er supporten helt fantastisk. I tillegg til skreddersydde tutorial videoer for alle funksjoner, så stiller de opp med det samme hvis man trenger å tilpasse noe, eller lurer på hvordan noe skal gjøres. Man sitter nesten igjen med følelsen av de jobber for oss. Meget bra - anbefales!

I was having issues with creating a static tab for my products, but Kliphord was so great at getting back to me quickly and walking me through setting up dynamic tabs instead which fixed my issue. Great customer service!!

Excellent add-ons and better still, excellent support. Any issue that I have had have been resolved inside 1 hour often in less than 20 minutes. They're that responsive. A refreshing change and I thoroughly recommend!

I am SO stoked to have discovered and added the Vitals app to my Shopify store for many reasons: its functionality, the depths of its offerings, and the solid & responsive interface to name just a few. Support is always very responsive and helpful. I've always been happy with them. I also like the fact that they have different apps for different goals/purposes (conversion, lead generation, reducing cart abandonment, boosting revenue, building trust, and more) in one convenient dashboard. This means you only need to install one app. Very convenient.

I don't even know where to start. The chat support on Vitals AHHMAZING! Super fast responses, clear and direct to the point with providing answers to my questions. Michael J was super patient with me, making sure I understood the tools in Vitals and how they work. He even went and tested the tools on my site himself and gave 110% with assisting me. I don't know what's better -- Vitals or their fantastic chat support!!

I usually don't really come and rate but to be honest Vital is great app plus CUSTOMER SERVICE is greater than Vital itself :) They answer your call live or through email in a few minutes like chat. Application is very easy to use ( everything almost '1' click or less :) ) , it is not complicated at all. I strongly recommend it.
