Vitals has been fantastic! It's basically replaced the collection of smaller apps I was piling onto my store with faster, simpler, specialized functions within the one app interface. Customer support is super fast to reply and helpful with troubleshooting as well!

I recently made the decision to make some changes to my website to help convert more sales. I found myself downloading tons of apps, many of which that did not work well together. I then came across Vitals, and holy smokes... it had EVERYTHING I needed. I was able to delete all those apps, and implement the same features from this single app. Everything works so seamless as well. When I did run into some hiccups, the customer care team hopped on a chat with me, and made all the fixes I needed immediately. Highly recommend this app!

I have recently downloaded the app and I am setting up my store starting with the Product Review app, and it adds great value to the store I will never stop using it! The fact that you get so many apps in one is just awesome. The one thing that drives me nuts about shopify is that you have to add lots of different apps and when u have a challenge each app blames the other. It’s a vicious circle of trying to figure out what’s wrong. With vitals one customer service person to help with so many things. And the customer service is stellar. They even suggest thing to help improve something I didn’t even notice was wrong. A-PLUS!! Thank you vitals team.
