Support was not helpful. Refused to process a refund claiming that their refund system is down. I contacted shopify and they told me that isn't true. The app owner can process a refund at anytime.

Jed helped me with the CSV import, they really go above and beyond with troubleshooting by using screenshots, even uploading your own file so they can look into it on their end. Vitals is a powerful Shopify app and look forward to using it more.

Start to using this app two days , and found it's very helpful. Quite a lot functions in the app , and it's not expensive, it's definitely worth it. Currently we are mainly use the Upsell bundle and Pre- order functions in it. I have to say that the Upsell bundle is the most useful app i have ever use, the bundle related products recommand in the cart brings so much sell. And also they're customer service are so good, patient and enthusiastic also high skilled.

Great app to be used for your website, it looks like it can do much when you check outside but when you go deep it is amazing can replace many apps, also the support was really amazing, fast and reliable they can solve any issue you face and provide support regarding anything you ask.
