A really great app- so many useful functions and features. And the best part is the customer service- I had a few inquiries and I was helped in literally a few minutes, really impressed. Thanks a lot and I totally recommend this app.

J'ai utilisé différentes fonctionnalités : Vente croisée, Avis clients, Vente connexe et bien d'autres encore. Cette application propose un combiné de fonctionnalités très utiles pour les e-shop. Compte tenu du rapport qualité-prix, cela est très correcte car elle regroupe plusieurs applications qui sont elles-mêmes payantes donc l'application est très abordable ! L'essai gratuit de 30 jours permet de tout tester et comme on dit l'essayer c'est l'adopter. + Application en anglais mais avec un traducteur intégré donc pour les non anglophones c'est très pratique. ++ le service client est disponible quasiment 24H/24 ce qui est vachement utile quand on bosse sur le site internet la nuit ! Je recommande vraiment cette application !

I strongly recommend the VITALS app, firstly for all the utilities it has and will continue to develop, and secondly for the seriousness and promptness of the customer service. All you need in one app. Quickly support and excellent. Every store need this app. Video Replays, Cross Sell, Sticky add to cart and etc. I usually like Video Replays for this app.

Vitals is one hell of a useful app, an absolute powerhouse! It can provide just about everything a beginner (or an advanced merchant) needs and much more. If you don't feel like spending a crap ton of money on other apps that serve a specific purpose, save your money and just go with Vitals instead. I like how they even offer a 30-day free trial just to really give you time to decide if the app is worth it or not. Considering the fact that Vitals gives you everything you need (and more), I'm surprised this app isn't worth more than it is!

Multi-dimensional marketing & ecommerce tool that actually works - from product reviews to up-selling - I'd recommend this app.

Great app. There are a lot more features than advertised. My only gripe is that other apps can do the same thing but better (in my opinion), however finding said apps take a while and aren't drastically cheaper.
