The app has many great features and great customer support. My favorite experience was when an agent helped me learn how to edit the code of my vitals app to customize my text colors within the app, and not connected to my shop theme.

I was so surprised for exceptionally good customer service. The star rating was in wrong place and I couldn't locate the code and do it myself. So, I contacted support and went out for couple of hours. Came back and everything was sorted. Support never goes as smooth as this in my experience with different apps. Well done, Vitals!

This app includes lots of functions that are really helpful for my Shopify store. This app can replace multiple apps that I used before. The contact support is really great. They replied very fast, and not only solved my problem quickly but also gave me great advice for my stores. I would give it 10 stars if I can.

They are really helpful with the support. They also have detailed video Tutorials for each app inside this huge app. The support knows technicalities, they are not there to send you to an FAQ page. They do the coding and technicals for you. Definitely recommend!!!
