hi, i won't be using the program and i will be closing my store so i am requesting a refund of $34 withdrawn from me. I live in Turkey and this amount is too much for me. Vitals is a must-have app if you're running a Shopify store. Not only are all the apps inside Vitals very helpful, but their tech support is always there to very quickly help you resolve any confusion or issues.

I was in the beginning stages of starting my store and found Vitals after adding a few other different apps. I realized that Vitals had everything I needed all in one app and its affordable for me too! John from their support team is also very helpful! I definitely recommend Vitals for anyone that's a beginner or a pro in ecommerce.

I have used this app on different stores and it has been great. The choice of apps is good and they work well. I don't use all of them, but the ones I use work well for my store. The support has been brilliant too, every time I need help, chat is there and always helpful. Even though the monthly cost is higher than I would like (especially for small businesses) and they have also reduced the trial from 30 days to 7 which will put new users off as well, I do recommend this app but because of costs and not using all apps within this main app, I will leave 4 stars.
