Very fast support, even in the basic plan. The support can also fix things on the fly, which is very helpful! while it is expensive when starting out, I believe it still might be worth it due to basically all apps being covered by this. You only have one point of contact where you can configure things and only need to load one script (which in turn also keeps your site faster than utilizing many different apps) Overall, satisfied so far, I sure hope it stays that way :)
