This is a must in my opinion. You can not have an online store that competes well without Vitals. Not to mention the support team is amazing. Recently had an issue with custimization and the help was almost instant and very professional. It is not even a recommendation at this point. You must have this app if you want a good store.

I had an issue with importing pictures for reviews, but unfortunately I wasn't aware that I need to wait a minute or two for them to be downloaded.
