This is an amazing app, it just didn't work for what I was looking for. I do suggest using the monthly subscription until you are fully ready to commit to a yearly subscription. The discount, provided with a year membership, as enticing as it is, is not refundable if you choose to discontinue the app. Customer support was absolutely amazing, emails were answered promptly, issues were fixed within minutes and it was a pleasant experience, it just didn't work for me. I was looking for something that offered a product box, outside of the Beauty Box, that was customizable and not generic. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking to expand into the cosmetic industry. Having this app is a must have. Makes doing business enjoyable and so convenient. Keira is great and very reliable and efficient. Highly recommend using this app. Omg!! I am LOVING my samples!! I didn’t know which ones to use first haha!! Last night I used the Sunflower Scrub, with the Anti-Aging Night Cream. LOVE It!! I shared it with my friends on FB and now they are wanting to buy it. Love the soaps, lipstick, lipgloss and the lip scrub is amazing. I’ll be trying some other samples soon. I’m so happy ordering my samples. Thank you for the great job that you!!

Starting a business can be such an stressful experience, but when you partner with the right team, everything is easier. And, yes, I used the word team, because in the end viaGlamour tends to be more than just a vendor or supplier. They go above and beyond. Recently, I was having a technical issue with my designs and after trying different options, I sent and email a bit late at night requesting help, thinking that I would get a solution probably within one or two days. To my surprise, a few minutes later I had a response from Keira, who patiently assisted me and she fixed the whole thing in a matter of minutes. Thanks to her I was reassured on how reliable viaGlamour is. Thank you again. You guys are the best!

This app is excellent! It really makes it so easy to get a cosmetic store up and running. They do all the formulation and labeling, all you have to do is provide the store (Shopify) and packaging design (which they will help you to make sure it looks right). Customer service/support is quick, and they do everything to get the orders right. The makeup is VERY high quality, I've personally been wearing it daily for months now, and the skincare products are clean and sensitive-skin friendly. They provide standard product photos, so the only downside is you will need to order samples if you want any lifestyle shots or swatches on the skin. But honestly that's a much lower investment/startup cost than formulating from scratch. They have a full line of makeup and skincare products, so you can offer everything from concealer to eyeshadows to skin serums. ViaGlamour also makes it super convenient because they use a DTC/dropshipping model so you don't have to buy products up front and store them. Overall a WONDERFUL company. It has been such a pleasure working with them and their team. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add beauty products to their e-commerce store.

I used this App for a few months now and I can simply describing as fantastic. The product quality is amazing, nothing less than big Companies, and I am a beauty veteran - name same of them and I work for them or had a friend that did work and gave me insight. This gave me a lot of confidence to start my own online store and I personally tried a good bunches of products and I was pleasantly surprised with the products quality. The support is great, always available and my Account Manager Keira is super helpful,and professional. They just also update the App and is even better and super easy to use , and the new pics and swatches are great to be uploaded. To summarize, get it and you will be super happy!!

An absolutely incredible app to use! Very easy and very fluid, never had any issues with the products or the service of the platform and the dedicated Account Manager, Keira, is a dream to work with, very professional and very helpful with any queries or questions you may have. I love having the ability to design my own products and put the kits together. It’s such a cool process. I had a very small problem and they called me on the phone to fix it... how’s that for customer service??!! Not an email like you usually get. Definitely worth it and the product samples were amazing. They were gorgeous in their packaging and the products themselves were fabulous. I’m sold!

VaiGlamour is amazing! First off, the customer service is first class. Keira is very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and services that the company offers. I called and within a matter of seconds an actual human (Keira) picked up the phone. No robots or voice prompts to go through before help arrives. Second, their products are top quality. I ordered a sample of the liquid lipstick so my wife could compare it to the other lipsticks that she has, and ViaGlamour SURPASSED all the other big name brands she has inside her drawer. The liquid lipstick has a smooth, deep, pigmented texture that stays on all day without drying your lips out. The packaging looks and feels amazing, and the smell of the product is mesmerizing. Now my business looks really professional, and I don't have to worry about remembering exactly what's inside each formula because it's printed directly on the packaging. I wish I would have found this company years ago, because my business would be much further along! ViaGlamour is the only company that I will purchase my cosmetics from for my business. This app is amazing! It’s very easy to navigate and the design process is pretty straightforward. The only thing that causes a little anxiety is the formulating and shipping times but considering the current circumstances, the team works as hard and fast as they can, make sure to be as transparent as possible with your customers that orders will take a little bit longer. The products are an amazing quality and the label you design always looks great. Amazing customer service and they reply most emails within one day. Cannot recommend it enough!!

I am a happy camper!! I am so happy to be able to offer vegan and cruelty-free beauty products to my customers, and viaGlamour has provided a simple way for me to do so. The app is easy to navigate, and the products are of excellent quality and really could rival some of the more well-known cosmetic brands out there. In addition, whenever I have had questions, their support team is thorough and quick to respond, and they always make sure that any concerns are resolved. 5 stars well-deserved!

A couple of things I enjoy about this app is they sell natural skincare and health products and you can design your own label. The reason I gave 3 stars is that first of all, their website is so slow to load but it did improve a little recently. Second, I feel like there's only one person working in this business. It's always the same guy that I talk to and because of that, the response can take days. Third, what really made me unhappy was they charge me extra shipping cost which supposes to be included in the cost.

I have spent the last 2 months creating my new store and I'm finally ready to launch! I'm very excited! I've been e-mailing, chatting over text, and speaking with Keira on the phone. He has been extremely helpful! He is always quick to get back to me even though I get the feeling he's very busy. He answers all my questions and has helped me every step of the way get up and running! Thank you so much.

Things started off ok but quickly regressed into absolute frustration. None of my designs would save and I was using their built-in design builder (which looks like a limited interface with Canva - brilliant idea, but it's very poorly coded). Next, when I would try to create products the system would just stay stuck - FOR HOURS - on the "Sit tight. This can take 2 to 5 minutes..." screen until I closed out of the browser. The app is a good idea but it needs a TREMENNNNNNNNNDOUS amount of reworking to be anywhere close to a viable solution for an eCommerce store. Oh, and good luck getting a snappy response from support.
