As a new seller with no experience, ViaGlanour has made everything from importing products to making my first sale a rewarding experience. Keira and the team at ViaGlamour have been there every step of the way cheering me on.

The level of care, concern and guidance Keira provided me was top notch. I reached out about an issue I thought was regarding the viaGlamor app, although the issue was not with their app Keira still walked me though the process to disable it to allow my site to work beautifully. Easily the BEST cosmetic app on shopify. Easy to use yet has more customization than everything else out there. no minimum quanity and the prices are reasonable, even for the subscriptions. And customer support is top notch. I tried at least three other makeup apps before I tried them and now I wish I tried them soon.

I cannot say enough about ViaGlamour. But I will! First Keira is absolutely amazing. His turnaround time on questions I have sent him is faster than you would expect with a company of that size. I’ve even been able to speak with support via a telephone . That’s not something you see lately. They are always updating their system and really embrace any software suggestions that I have presented to them. By far the best app I have used so much so that I shut down my other brand and I am solely focused on the cosmetics industry.

We installed this over few months ago on trial to add some products then upgraded to the business plan. Keira has been amazing and answered our questions. The new updated app is also amazing! We ordered samples and sent to various people for videos and the quality of the product was SUPERB! Thank you

Products are of great quality! I am not the best tech savvy and Keira has been very helpful with all the questions I have whether it's about shipping to other countries, setting up something for the store or just needing assistance on some orders. With a very busy schedule I have, I am happy to have Keira who's very prompt and happy to assist me whenever I need them. Very helpful and patient! I've been with viaGlamour since over a year and my account manager Keira has always been of such help. Especially with all the new amazing updates and added shipping locations, so exciting but I was a bit overwhelmed with the new integrations. Keira helped me a lot and made sure I'm all set :)

Everything started great, but after few months I am not really happy with missing tracking information, slow formulation and customer support. Working with another cosmetic brand and things happen much easier and faster. I think $99 do not worth it for this app. I spent time and money to build my brand but reputation I build is gone after their service. Products are nice but anything else I cannot recommended.Sorry

Started off great. However past few months starting to experience some delays. Missing tracking on the app and site. They reached out personally to help issues and tell me about the new app upgrade to come that will be helpful.
