I had some specific needs for each product page and was struggling to get it how i wanted. This app provided exactly what i need! After adding translations on the website i bumped into an issue, but Jon and Martin helped me out in only a few hours time! Cannot fault their customer service and very satisfied with the app too. Keep up the good work.

Jon and Martin have been there from the beginning helping me navigate my way through the multitude of inquiries and issues that may arise. They have been responsive, reliable and have gone above and beyond to help me get solutions to improve my product options and store. The app itself is very easy to use and the best value by far. If you need custom buttons don't bother looking anywhere else.

Ultimately, I couldn't use this app, but I see a lot of great value for other stores out there, and man oh man, the customer service I received was fantastic!

The Best Custom Product Options app is super easy to use and gives the flexibility my site needs for custom product orders with multiple options and loads of variants within some of those options. I wanted to make a change to my website and was unsuccessful using Shopify's code editing instructions, so I gave it one last shot by messaging the developers of this app to see if their product, which I have already been using and love, might be capable of making the "fix" for me. I had a response within a few hours which included my solution, screenshots verifying they actually looked at MY site to make sure it worked, and a follow-up that they were adding an updated help article for other users. Top-notch customer service is so important when you're running an e-commerce site. I'm really happy I chose this "product option" app out of all of the options!

I tried literally all the top Product Option/Variant apps in the Shopify marketplace and Best Custom Production Options has the most flexible and dependable product config options around (e.g. conditional logic, at least/at most/exactly on multi-swatches). Jon and Martin have been incredibly responsive and even helped me through some integration challenges with another Shopify app to ensure my store operates as expected. Highly recommend this app and team!

I just started using this app a couple weeks ago, and so far it has everything that I needed. It was hard to find an app that has customizable variant options along with the option to upload a file all from the product page, and this app does all of that. The only thing that I think could be improved is the loading time once the add to cart button is hit. Jon and Martin explained to me that the file uploads after add to cart is clicked on, and they also showed me how to add a note to my customers that will let them know, so that works as a work-around for me at the moment. Overall great customer service--Martin and Jon have been extremely helpful and super quick at replying to my questions/concerns.

I couldn't have successfully created my website without this app. It met every expectation I had for working with repetitive variants. When creating the same options for multiple products but different products having multiple variants, it makes it alot easier to click and duplicate. Customer service is fast and friendly.

Had an issue where the virtual option did not work with my theme. I reached out to them and they immediately answered and deployed an update to their app that resolved the issue at once. Great and professional work by both Jon and Martin. Would definitely recommend this app for anyone that needs an upload feature for their store.

Excelent app, i tried a lot of different apps, but this one is by far the best, plus the support is amazing, solved an issue i had in matter of minutes, really recommend this app!

So many problems with this app. Firstly, options are difficult to organise. Once you add an option e.g. size to Tshirt A, you can duplicate it to Tshirt B easily. But if you suddenly forgot to add the colour option on Tshirt A, duplicating Tshirt A to B will replace all of Tshirt B's unique options, different from Tshirt A. This was extremely annoying as I could not duplicate only one option. You must pay for an external app to have discount code box enabled. If you don't, there's no discount box. I ran into the issue where orders came in without price add-ons. I lost money from that and the customer service said they tried their best but could not figure out why my orders would randomly be placed without price add-ons. This is the absolute worst, it happened twice, out of 10 orders and that's enough to make me delete this app. Customer service was not replied in the nicest manner. I've had better support from another app I found that is better than this for much cheaper, where they could show me screenshots and videos of how to change something. Don't waste your hours adding all the options and then having your website close down for a week to figure out the problem. Pros: I like all the options and the look, especially with the instructions type option where I can add a photo to help shoppers understand the option better. Could be better, honestly.

A very useful and easy app and a very good service. Any issue or doubt get solved very quickly. Highly recommend it! :)

App is good, but base level doesnt allow you to add prices to options like other apps do for less money, the option to add prices brings it to $10 less than my entire shopify subscription fee for my business, not great value

I offer custom products on my shop and need customers to write what they need on the product. Tried many apps and this one was the one that worked best. The design was clean which I liked and the support was quick and helpful.

Single handedly changed the game on my website. I can now add image AND color swatches to any item. This app has really helped me make different options for my custom clothing. The team is very nice and responds fast. Only regret is not trying it sooner.

I added the app to help with providing my customers a more efficient shopping experience by noting what styles are sold out. There was a minor glitch when I added it but the developers fixed it quickly. I would recommend this app.
