It’s a nice app, however there are bugs sometimes, therefore it is 4 stars. Saying that, the team try to fix them quite quickly.

Great app and even better customer support. Fit a specific need we had with displaying multiple image swatches. I highly suggest trying it out to see if it suits your needs, as Martin and Jon are more than willing to help with any questions/concerns/problems you may have.

I loved this app. It worked great but then I realized it broke my Facebook pixel. The add to cart and initiate checkout would not fire. This really f ed up my marketing and campain. I don't know if this was a glitch that only happened to me but it is something to be noted.

In short, the app is one of the best in its kind. We tried a few of different apps for product options with a price addon feature and none of them matched our requirements. Some of them were slow to load. The others required some extensive integration before to use with cluttered interface. After installing the app we were able to use it straight away. The app has a minimalist interface, exactly what we wanted. I wish the app would have a product search by any keyword from a product name, and not its full name. Of course, you can also search by a vendor or collection name. When we needed some help the guys were very responsive. They did everything we asked them to do, and did it quickly. We highly recommend to use the app for product options as it has a lot of features you might ever need to sale your products more successfully.

This app is great, especially if you want to configure a product with different pricing options. Customer support is very fast. Thank you for this service and app!

I used this app to setup a very complex product for our shop. I had researched a number of Custom Product Option apps and tested them and they all failed in terms of the user experience on the front end. When I found this app and tested it, not only was the customer support amazing and responsive - it worked for my needs. I highly recommend this app. Its easy to use and straight forward.

This app fits my needs perfectly. We sell printing online and there are so many variables for each product and this app allows us to cover them all! Martin and Jon are always quick to answer questions and help with integration issues. Very pleased!

Wost service I never had. You ask for help and they tell you that they don't have the time to help you and that they prefer to answer basic questions. I don't suggest you to work with them. Really disappointed.

I emailed them for assistance and received an immediate response. They walked me through all steps and were extremely helpful. They certainly went above and beyond to fix my issue. Although we discovered my problem wasn't related to the app, they were still committed to making it work for me. I highly recommend this app. It is exactly what I needed for my store, providing all product options I need. This is one of my favorite apps from the Shopify store. It allows me to add unlimited options to my products. Customers are able to create their own custom item which I absolutely love. A must have!!!

We use the app for colour swatches for clothing, and it is the perfect choice for this use. The customer support from Jon and Martin has always been fantastic. We're big fans and recommend the app to everyone.
