Update 11/9/22: Trying unsuccessfully to use this by having one variant of a product be a subscription, and another variant not. It's never worked properly. Still experiencing the problem of our time zones and having to wait 24 hours for a response, only to send a reply and wait another 24 hours. This exact issue is also a problem for another Shopify store I have, and when trying to fix that issue their team couldn't figure out how to get in as a collaborator to give support. After their "fix" a couple of days ago, all looked good on the front end (finally), but when customers started buying the subscription it took their orders but failed to create a subscription plan for them nor retain their payment info. So now I have to track them all down and figure out some kind of workaround. And this is all on the paid version of this app. Update: Cautiously raising my review to 4 after support has finally actually read my detailed issue carefully and fixed the malfunctioning code. When this app works, it is exactly what I need, especially because it is one of the only subscription apps that allows the customer to check out natively within Shopify. I am crossing my fingers it continues to work from now on, and in a couple of months if things have remained issue free I will update to 5 stars. Previous: This app is having a major code glitch through a huge subscription product launch. Support doesn't read my notes carefully and sends responses that don't address the issue. The time difference means waiting 24 hours for a ticket response. The offer of a support call only offers me appointments in the dead middle of the night for my time zone. I am beyond frustrated, and wasting hours of my (and staff) time for the last two days of this launch because we have to babysit the plan, which keeps changing its own settings everytime it is purchased, causing it to malfunction.

We've run into frequent issues, such as the app skipping months of a subscription randomly and lack of functionality limiting us from editing subscriptions that are paid in advance. I've sent in support tickets but haven't received any help. 5/24/22 Update — The app developer reached out and asked me to remove my 2 star review, but still hasn't helped with my issues. The monthly subscription that was previously skipping entire months is now charging the customer for a full year, each month.

WARNING! DO NOT USE AND IGNORE THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! This app has so many bugs that literally destroyed my theme, after customer service heard me question if they are still in beta and testing the system they immediately called me using a video app. They admitted that every installation requires tweaking, and everyone who installs this may need customer support to make the system work just for them. That's not the worst part. The worst part is that my theme code is now destroyed, i can't delete some customers because it says that customer is a subscriber. This is after canceling the subscription order, deleting the order, unsubscriber in the native subscriber app's end, and more! Still to this day I can't delete that customer profile and Native Subscriber blamed it on Shopify. Now im on chat with Shopify and they said its Native Subscribers code causing the issue. Then Native subscriber said its Shopify. WOW. Meanwhile my theme of a brand new site is destroyed. Run away. Do not use

We've been in business over 10 years and we've never had a subscription product. This app allowed us to get setup very quickly and efficiently. We had questions and needed some help and the team was absolutely fantastic. Quick responses, screenshots and excellent support. Pricing is on point too. I looked through every subscription app I could find and tested 3-4 on my website. This one had the best features for least cost. I was pretty happy with it, but have become very loyal after a few experiences working with support on issues I was having (they helped point out it was actually a different app causing them). I think this app is going to be a huge boost for our business in providing flexibility for our customer. Knowing there is a solid support system if issues gives me the comfort to push forward without reservation.
