I have a lot of sales agent and when I try to cooperate with USAdrop, they give me the best price with the same Service Standard and shipping Time compared to other fulfillment company like CJ dropshipping. I can scale my business when I get more margin.

I have 100+ items listed on my website and USAdrop always sourced for me in quick time. When the item is out of stock they always try their best to contact the factories to get my order fulfilled.

My experience working with them has been great! Rachel was very attentive and patient. She can solve all problems, which is very reassuring to me. Highly recommend them for anyone in the e-commerce space.

I do not recommend this app to anyone starting a business, they advertise 2-7 business days shipping but this is not accurate. I listed the product to my store that have the 2-7 business days because they stated that the products are in US warehouse which is a lie I have order 15 days already to be delivered and not even update from their carrier. Please avoid this fake advertise app.

This is the worst service I´ve ever used. Tracking can´t be copied or hasn´t been provided even when I asked several times. They lied about the shipping service. I would not recommend this app.

I wasn't sure how the settings and information between USAdrop and my selling platform were synchronized .I contacted customer service and received a prompt response from Micheal was optimistic,and his resposnse were to the point.I strongly recommend USAdrop and their customer service.Micheal,thank you so much!

Although I have not yet launched my shop, the app is very easy to use, the advanced pricing is very robust, and their support lines are excellent! I particularly like the advanced mapping feature, which allows me to combine different products into one Shopify product as variants. It would be ideal if this could be accomplished automatically in a future update.

Quick response time. Customer service is there to help when needed. Turn-around time is quick and the shipping timing is very fast. I love USAdrop

How do I cancel this. I have to cancel my customer's order and refund their money because there is no customer service from usadrop. Emails give me the run a round and whatsap gets no response. I'm totally devastated because this company came highly recommended.

I had to change my review. The items never came in 5-8 days as claimed. I had a product delivered to my home and the "card" that was inside was awful quality.

I Just started using dropshipping fulfillment and they were there in person to help. It took me a minute to get adjusted to the way things get done. But they were there to walk me through it every time especially Rick J and Vivian, for whom i am very appreciative. Thank you so much for your patience and time.

The agents/customer service were quite slow, which is very detrimental when it comes to fulfillments and updates
