I see all these stellar reviews. But we never were able to test it actually. Customer service took forever to finally never help during trial. Were they just waiting for us to be charged and hooked? Not sure. Customer service was arguing with us for no reason. We just wanted exactly what was on the demo store. Don't advertise something you don't implement for customers. I would recommend doing custom work with a good dev. On the long run it would be cheaper.

Pierre always delivers on support... in a pinch. UPCART ahs some cool features no one else has. That Shipping Promotion module was genius

We use and like Upcart, however the Support is ghosting us, and appears to requires a Slack account rather than their in app support

10/10 recommend this app to anyone who needs to increase their AOV or simply put complimentary products in front of their customer before checkout. We personally love the "shipping protection" add-on that is default selected on. It has made us thousands without lifting a finger.

I have never worked with any Shopify App developer that responds faster than this crew. Great app, great functionality, amazing customer service, and most importantly, easy to use!

I'm still in the learning phase, but I already like the support team a lot; they've helped me a great deal and very quickly every time I've needed assistance. What's even more impressive is that I'm in another country, yet they replied to me in my language. I just think it would be great to be able to add promotion blocks on the product page, not just in the shopping cart.
