[Update on 27 Jun SGT] Thanks for the support team’s reminding . Adding one more bug for others reference as below. - this app does not work if customer clicks checkout directly from product detail page or detail list page. Strongly not recommend this app and this vendor with following reason: 1. There is latency to calculate the discount in cart page 2. Discount logic will affect the checkout page translation functions. 3. Company no long term roadmap to fix the above 2 issues. 4. Customer support service is poor, specially if you are not in the same timezone as Canada, good luck to you. I am searching for a replacement of this app.

Love this app. It helps me make more sales and the customer service is great! I wish that some offers could be used at the same time (ex: bundles for 2 different kind of items bought at the same time). But since there is so many offers you can use, there is always a workaround.

This app is truly a cornerstone of the two online stores I have. I've been using it on the first store for a number of years now, before it was a Pixel Union product, and recently added it to my second store. I can confidently say that it's on my top 3 favorite apps list. Not only do I use it to run complex sale campaigns with bundle and upsell offers, but I also use it to manage wholesale orders with tiered pricing only available to tagged customers. The way it integrates with the store's style is very nicely done. It's been relatively easy to customize where widgets and notifications are shown, even for someone with little coding background. When I've need help, the folks at Pixel Union always respond promptly and thoroughly. They helped me sort through app conflict issues a number of times, even when their app isn't the one causing the problems. Both the app and the people at Pixel Union have earned this 5-star rating.

I need help, your app is not working and your customer support is the worst. It's telling my customer that it does not ship to Canada from Canada and I have removed the special and still showing up. Rob, still waiting for your reply. Can someone pick up a phone and call me. I have left my number in the email. This is getting very frustrating. I have had 7 phones call already and over 10 abandoned carts. The error msg is that "we do not ship to Canada"...We are a Canadian company based in Canada.

This app is easy to use and install. It has generated a good amount of sales on our site and we're able to offer many different type of discount. The team is also great at responding & fixing any issues you run into if you update to a new theme. Loving the app so far & price is good.

The app helped me to create discounts that countless other apps did not allow me to do, I had some queries about the theme and the support assisted me and went onto explain things in great detail when there was no need to do so.

This app seems to have gotten worse and worse over time. I use it for this website as well as other sites and sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. For example, right now it won't save any discounts we add. This has happened in the past. Have contacted support multiple times, and it takes days and days to hear back. Currently looking for another app for all our sites.

This is a powerful app for promotions. I can largely recommend it and customer service is excellent. I would love a free gift with purchase function. Also, reporting could be improved as my store coupons used in conjunction with this app will be overwritten and I am loosing my coupon insights. The minor bugs that prop up when updating a theme, are being fixed quickly by the helpful support team.

I used this app to launch a special offer and I received a really good support to meet my needs . It can be a very useful app . Different options to make you sell more products . Discounts when people are buying , volume according to amounts , or % discounts . Useful

I use this app for special discounts for my products. I am able to offer, for example, a 20% discount on treats and a 25% discount on my soaps and the customer can check out with both offers showing. They also have a announcement bar that let's you tell the customer benefits of your product or remind them again of the awesome discount offers. Very happy with app.

They have the worst customer support. If you have any issues you cannot simply get any help. Very disappointed!

i already delete the app and delete my last sales i keep not receiving my sales , can you please help me recover my last sales can you fixed it manually ! before i can use it again!

It's works great for their features and good responsible for support. But the limitation is not to work with other apps like Whole sale discount or another discount apps.

This App is quite god. It's managed to cover ever need I've required in terms of offers and if you speak to their crew they are SUPER helpful, videos and screenshots to walk you through whatever confusion or specific thing you are trying to accomplish. The App itself is pretty straight forward and they have simplified 8 of the main sales offers for easy to use shortcuts. The app, in conjunction with other front end apps, helped us accomplish some nice logic for discounting products across our site. The backend is easy to use and set up, and Pixel Union's support was always prompt and helpful. I'd check it out - you have nothing to lose.

We've used this app off and on for nearly three years now when we run specialized promotions. Anytime we have needed help, the support team has been very responsive. Of course, there are kinks depending on the website theme and how the site developer coded certain aspects, so sometimes I have to work with our theme developer instead of the USO app staff. But, overall, we are totally satisfied with Ultimate Special Offers and appreciate the ease in which they make in adding a variety of promos.
